What Is Pre-Sale Real Estate?
Presale real estate is simply purchasing a home before it is move-in ready and often time before the construction of the home or building has commenced. Do I need to have thousands of dollars before investing in a property?

Were you told that you won’t be approved for a loan on a rental property?

Do I need a large down payment for an investment property?
